Ok...this book is the introduction to the MC Series. Its the story of Faith and Ryder.
Both characters actually made me sad. You have Ryder who is forced into hauling guns and drugs for the Russians to repay his fathers debt. Then, you have Faith who is so lost she runs away from her life because a man cheated on her...ok?
I feel that this book a was a little hot and cold. One minute Faith is wanting Ryder and two seconds later she is pushing him away. Ryder sister Layla wasn't helpful. She just kept putting her brother down and then saying that she loved him. Too hot and cold.
I wasn't really connected to the love they hold for one another. I just didnt connect with it. The book does start to develope more of a suspense in the end. That is where the MC part of the story gets initiated. This is a cliffhanger so I am hoping that book two takes off with a bang.
